We don't just wait for the right role to come in we proactively search for suitable roles, keep watching briefs for many of our clients and also deliver recommendations to organisations we feel are a great fit for you and your experience and skills.

We will never mass market our candidates, we will always discuss where we want to send your CV prior to submission. We use redacted profiles to attract interest in our monthly registers and contact material.
WATCHING BRIEF
Many of our clients ask us to keep a watching brief for them, if select candidates match that brief we have the ability to contact these clients without them having roles open or planned. These companies understand the need to keep an open door for star candidates.

Phone, SMS, Email, Social Media these are ways we keep in touch with our contractors and potential contractors. Once you are a registered candidate with ourselves you will also have direct contact details for your dedicated consultant and resourcer.
ROLES
During registration we will have collated information on your skill set, needs, attributes, availability, rate expectations etc, We will present you with any suitable vacancy ASAP. We also provide a comprehensive starter pack to all our workers for each contract along with access to our timesheet App etc.
CARE
When on contract with ourselves we will carry out constant care calls to ensure you are happy in the role and gain uodates from you. We always strive for continuity of work and ideally want your next placement lined up for you before ending your current contract.
